These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Signal Agent, an automated brand-monitoring and reporting software service ("Service") operated by Arda Kiraci, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in Türkiye ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
Signal Agent monitors publicly available social media content across platforms you select, using each platform's official API. Our software analyzes matching content using AI and delivers periodic reports summarizing sentiment, themes, and recommendations. The Service is sold as a subscription, billed monthly, with pricing based on the platforms and features you select.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or individual on whose behalf you subscribe. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including the brand or keywords you ask us to monitor.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the authorized reseller of the Service. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment collection on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Where offered, the free trial period provides access to a limited set of features at no charge, as described on our pricing page. No payment method is required to start a free trial. We may modify or end the free trial offer at any time.

The Service relies exclusively on official, sanctioned APIs provided by each monitored platform. Coverage is limited by what each platform's API makes available — for example, some platforms only permit monitoring of accounts you connect, while others permit broader public search. These limitations are disclosed on our pricing page for each platform and do not constitute a defect in the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the completeness of monitored content, or the accuracy of AI-generated analysis. Reports and recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
