Signal Agent offers a 7-day free trial covering Core analysis, YouTube, and Telegram monitoring, with no payment method required to start. Because no charge is made during the trial, there is nothing to refund during this period. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
We will issue a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your first paid charge, for any reason. To request a refund, contact us at the email below or use the refund option provided in your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
Outside this 7-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example where the Service failed to deliver reports due to an error on our part.
If you remove a platform add-on (e.g., X, YouTube Discovery) mid-cycle, the change takes effect at your next billing date; we do not refund the unused portion of the current cycle for a removed add-on.
All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
