This Privacy Policy explains what data Signal Agent ("we," "us") collects, why, and how it is handled, for both our customers and the general public content our Service monitors.

To generate your reports, the Service retrieves publicly available social media content that mentions your configured brand/keywords, using each platform's official, sanctioned API. This may include public post text, usernames, and public engagement metrics (likes, comments). We do not access private accounts, private messages, or any content not made public by its author.
This content is processed by an AI model (currently Google's Gemini API) to classify sentiment and generate report summaries. It is not used to train any AI model, and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver your report.
Monitored public mentions and generated reports are retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for your reference, unless you request earlier deletion. Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. If you are located in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR; if in another jurisdiction, we will honor equivalent requests where reasonably possible.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled infrastructure) to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
